Hotel chains and independent properties sign up to Adrasis Console themselves. You set up rooms, rate plans and availability, then decide which agencies sell them, in which markets and at what price.
On the sign-up form you choose Hotel Chain or Independent Property as your business type. Once your application is approved, your authorized signer reviews and signs the onboarding agreements from a private link. No account is needed for that.
Each hotel or brand can run as its own organization. Your users, catalog, contracts and rates stay inside your organization, and no other organization can see them.
Create your property with its name, address, location and contact details. Hotels, holiday homes, villas and apartments share the same structure.
Define your room types and link each room to its default rate plans.
Add descriptions in several languages, images and amenities. Missing content is flagged before you go live, so you know what is left.
The property becomes a sellable record, ready to open to your partners.
Setting up a small property takes an hour or two of focused work. At every step the Console shows what is done, what is waiting and what comes next. The onboarding documentation covers the flow in detail.
Every rate plan you sell rests on a contract. The pricing model, currency, allotment, release period, cancellation and child policies all sit on the same record.
You manage availability by date and room. An allotment is the room block you hold for a partner; rooms left unused by the release date come back to you.
Close a date for a whole property, a room or a single rate plan. Closed to arrival or departure, minimum and maximum stay, day-of-week rules and a minimum booking lead time are set in the same place.
Attach discounts and promotions to your rate plans. A floor price on partner pricing keeps promotions from pushing the selling price below the limit you set.
Add the agencies you work with as partners. If an agency is not on Adrasis yet, you create a short record with its name, type and contact, and the agency completes its own users and account later.
For each partnership you set the source market the agency sells from and the currency of the relationship. Access is closed by default: a partner sees nothing of your property until you open it.
| Access scope | What the partner sees |
|---|---|
| Whole catalog | All your properties and rate plans, minus anything you exclude |
| By destination (default) | Products in the destinations you enable, minus your exclusions |
| Selected products | Only the properties and rate plans you add one by one |
Work with net or commissionable rates. Set price adjustments by market, agency or product, and add a floor price if you need one.
An agency only sees the payable amount calculated for its own partnership. Terms agreed with other agencies stay private, and the retail markup an agency adds for its own customers is not shown to you.
Partnerships, access and pricing rules are covered in the access documentation.
A partner agency does not install anything new. It searches your availability and books from its own Adrasis Console login, or through its own API credentials.
Each booking is recorded under your organization with the partnership attached. The inventory stays yours, and both sides can report on the sale. Cancellations and changes follow your property policy.
For booking requests that need the property to accept them, the final decision is yours. Even if the agency has already taken payment from the guest, the request is not confirmed until you accept it.
An agency partnered with several properties sees everything it can sell in one search, each result priced under its own partnership.
Beyond agencies, you can publish from the same catalog to technical partners who connect with their own software, and to metasearch and B2B platforms. You decide which rooms and rate plans each channel sees.
API accounts, channel publication and the booking flow are described on the B2B distribution page, and connection types on the integrations page.
Send an instruction for a stop-sale, a rate change or a promotion from the Console chat panel, email, WhatsApp or SMS. The AI Operator prepares the change and brings it back for your approval before it is applied.
Fees. The platform subscription is priced per organization. The booking service fee is either a percentage of booking value or a fee per fulfilled room-night, as set in your agreement. See the pricing section for details.
